Clark Rucker is the Director of the Phantom Works Quality organization within Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS). In this role, Rucker leads the overall strategy, program integration, management and personnel development of the Phantom Works Quality organization across the Boeing Company. Rucker earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University and a Master’s Degree in Executive Business Administration from the Claremont Colleges -Peter F. Drucker School of Executive Management.
