Harlan L. Ward
Harlan L. Ward is retired from the Los Angeles Police Department where his last position was a Commander in the Operations-Valley Bureau, which consists of 1,800 uniformed and civilian personnel and is responsible for providing primary uniformed, traffic, and investigative activities to 1.5 million residents within the 230 square miles of the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. Ward received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University at Los Angeles and a Master of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from California State University at Dominguez Hills. Ward currently consults on various law enforcement issues and volunteers his time with community non-profit organizations.
