Since our establishment in 2009, the L.A.M.P. Mentor Program has been dedicated to supporting and empowering young men of color for their betterment via these tenets – L (Leadership); A (Achievement); M (Management); P (Professionalism). As you consider joining us for the 2026-27 program year, please note that this questionnaire serves as both your application and your first interview for entry or reentry into the program.
We recommend that the prospective mentee and their guardians complete this application together. Please ensure your responses are submitted no later than 6:00 PM on August 1, 2026.
