L.A.M.P. Mentor Program

L.A.M.P. MENTOR PROGRAM

The L.A.M.P. Mentor Program is the social action component of Gamma Zeta Boulé and the principle activity of the Gamma Zeta Boulé Foundation, a 501(c)(3) corporation. L.A.M.P. (Leadership Achievement Management and Professionalism) enrolls African American high school students in a program that runs from August to May.

Partnership with Shaquille O’Neal and JC Penney

One of the hallmarks of the L.A.M.P. Mentor Program is the requirement that Mentees model professionalism by wearing a suit and tie to all L.A.M.P. functions and activities. In Spring 2021, two L.A.M.P. Mentor Program Mentees, Marshall Dodds and Xavier Smith decided to start a Suit Bank for Mentees who may not have a suit to wear to L.A.M.P. Mentor Program sessions.
