L.A.M.P. MENTOR PROGRAM

The L.A.M.P. Mentor Program is the social action component of Gamma Zeta Boulé and the principle activity of the Gamma Zeta Boulé Foundation, a 501(c)(3) corporation. L.A.M.P. (Leadership Achievement Management and Professionalism) enrolls African American high school students in a program that runs from August to May.

The L.A.M.P. Mentor Program and Jacobs, a national leading engineering and STEM company, have enjoyed a mutual commitment to the success of the Program for many years. In November 2021, at its annual board meeting, Steve Demetriou, Jacobs’ CEO, announced a new level of support with a $100,000 gift to the Gamma Zeta Boule Foundation for the L.A.M.P. Mentor Program.
